So, recently I've once again upped the anti when it comes to exercise. I'm still not where I'd like to be, but it's good enough for now. Lately, I've been using this dvd called Fabulously Fit Moms. I love it! It has both cardio and light weight lifting. It's easy to do, but DEFINITELY quite the little work out! Give it a try if you're looking for something new to try!
